1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Locations

We ship from our Fulfillment Center in China to customers worldwide.

Our primary market is the United States, but we deliver to most international countries.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise during promotions.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • Canada, UK & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia, Singapore, Japan: 7–12 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the system.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs or duty fees.

  • PawMaxx is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.


7. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, PawMaxx is not responsible for failed delivery or lost packages.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.

Please note:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs do not qualify for refunds.

  • If a package is confirmed lost, we will provide a free replacement or refund depending on availability.
